Lara Ertwine grew up in Lancaster County and moved to Philadelphia to attend the University of the Arts where she earned a BFA in Illustration. She has lived in various neighborhoods throughout the city but in 2002 she began investing in real estate, buying her first home in the Fishtown area, shortly after she began acquiring a few other properties to grow her rental portfolio. Lara found enjoyment in giving back to the community and became a community adviser, she was the founding member of the local community association serving on the board for 5 years. During that time she organized neighborhood cleanups, curated the Trenton Ave Arts Festival which has grown to be one of the largest community festivals in all of the city, and provided professional assistance with the zoning and planning committee.
In 2008 Lara obtained her real estate license to pursue her passion in real estate and helping people achieve their dreams of home ownership. Since then she has grown her business to become a multiple award winning team, and the #1 small team in Keller Williams Philadelphia. She has also been recognized in the Philadelphia Style Magazine in 2018 & 2020 as being a Top Luxury Agent, she was a featured cover story on the Philadelphia Real Producers Magazine and endorsed as a Zillow Premier Agent.
