While homes are not selling for quite as much as they were at the peak of the seller’s marketing, a good amount are still selling within weeks, if not days, of being listed! Since prices are lowering to keep up with fluctuating rates, now is among the best times to buy, as you can always refinance to lower your rates when the economy inevitably bounces back.
